This multi-city portal provides real-time, round-the-clock access to the information required in real estate transactions.

Fine Payment Express

In operation 24 hours a day, seven days a week, Fine Payment Express is a secure on-line fine payment service. Because it is directly connected to Municipal Court, information relating to payments made by citizens is automatically updated.

Web Request Management System

Connected to UniCité's citizen request management software, this on-line tool is for municipalities wanting to improve communication with their citizens. It provides a single interface for data entry by residents and enables real-time monitoring of the data entered through the Web.

Web Permit Express

Aimed at citizens and certain construction professionals, this tool enables on-line issuance of permits and certificates. Through the secure Immonet portal, Web Permit Express provides round-the-clock access to property information in real time.
