Career Management Program

Our Career Management Program aims to enable employees to manage their careers proactively and to ensure their on-going satisfaction in the workplace. Through a series of training activities, meetings and reviews, employees are given a set of tools to better understand their strengths and weaknesses, determine their career values and interests, and define their priorities.

Mentorship

You will be paired up with a career guide who will act as your mentor. They will help you create a career development plan and support your professional development. They will meet with you regularly to review your career plan, to set objectives, and to take the appropriate actions to help you develop professionally.

Appraisals

We place great value on annual performance appraisals, as well as mid-year goal reviews in order to ensure your professional satisfaction and re-affirm your professional path. This approach fosters a positive environment of communication and motivation between you and your career guide.

Annual performance appraisal

Your performance appraisal will serve as a privileged opportunity to take stock of your professional development. It will also allow your career guide to link your goals with the company’s values and to get to know you better. This appraisal will also be an excellent opportunity to highlight strengths, address weaknesses and discuss your work satisfaction.

Mid-year goal review

Every June, you will meet your career guide again to review your goals and make any necessary adjustments.

Training

You will be encouraged to polish your existing skills as well as learn new ones through training. Based on your career plan, we encourage professional training that will help you gain new knowledge and help the company develop new expertise, or even training that could help you make a career change. Language courses, given during working hours at the office, are also extremely popular.
